Bitte helfen Sie bei diesem Problem. Ich habe vor 3 Tagen Geld geschickt, um die Schulden zu begleichen, und der Saldo ist immer noch negativ.

Super, dass du dich schon mit dem Ausgleich eines Minus beschäftigst.

Du hast im Betreff deiner Nachricht geschrieben, dass es um einen Scheck geht, den du zum Ausgleich nutzen möchtest. Aus dem Haupttext deiner Nachricht geht das jedoch nicht hervor. Es hört sich eher so an, als hättest du eine Überweisung gemacht. Ist das richtig?

Falls du Geld über eine Überweisung an dein Bankkonto geschickt hast, sollte dieses normalerweise in 1-3 Werktagen gutgeschrieben werden. Wichtig ist allerdings, dass das Geld an die Bankdaten für dein PayPal-Konto gingen, die auch für Einzahlungen vorgesehen sind.

Good afternoon, I had -150 euros on my balance. I made a transfer on 1.07 from my card to the details specified to pay the debt. In the PayPal application, it is written that the money was credited on the same day 1.07, but the balance is still 0, and the next day the debt was debited from my card automatically. Now I have -300 euros on my card, and 0 on PayPal, although it should have been 150.If necessary, I can send screenshots from the bank and PayPal, as well as the transaction number

 thanks for getting back to us.

If a negative balance happened because of a failed debit transfer PayPal usually tries to charge the payment again after a few days to resolve the negative balance. If you already made a bank transfer to resolve the balance issue it should take 1-3 bank days for your PayPal balance to update. Our second charge can take between 4 and 8 bank days to be completed and added to your PayPal balance. If both transfers are successfull you therefore likely will have a balance in your account sometime next week which you should be able to withdraw back to your bank account if you want.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

Wenn Sie am Donnerstag Abend oder am Freitag den Betrag gezahlt haben, dauert eine Eingangsbuchung wenigstens noch bis Dienstag. Wer soll den den Betrag erhalten, denn bestenfalls wäre eine Direkt Überweisung mit IBAN an die Bank des Zahlungs Empfänger.
