Clickworker verification

I do freelance work through Clickworkers and they make their payments through paypal. In order to recieve said payments i must first verify my account using their link. However when it comes to doing this i get a message back saying unable to verify and to contact Paypal. When i do this i have luck with finding a function to be able to speak to someone in paypal. Im hoping the community has some kind of answer.... is it to do with the new PSD2 markers?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

No not yet. Still waiting for a reply from PayPal if you manage to find out please let me know the fix
