How do I create an account in a country not listed

I am from Ghana, and I wish to create a Paypal account, but Ghana is not in the list of countries. WHat do I do? I really need a Paypal account

If Paypal is not available or supported in your country then you can't use it unfortunately.

Paypal is country specific and if you try and bypass the rules by opening another countries account it would never work for you and would soon be limited.
