SMS Verification with No Phone Number Option

Account Description: US Paypal, One valid phone number linked.

There's a option to receive text but with no number, clicking NEXT button have no response.

Have you linked and confirmed a mobile phone, registered in your name and issued in your country to your paypal account.

Only looks like you can't click next until you have used the ''add phone'' option.
