Security Check stuck on loading screen

Im trying to log in to my account from a different device but the quick security check is stuck on the loading screen and I can’t access my account. I have tried clearing the cache, restarting my device and Wi-Fi, and waiting for over 10 minutes, but to no avail. Please help me.

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post!

 

I do understand your frustration with this. It sounds like you are experiencing a technical issue when trying to login. This can happen from time to time depending on your browser, connection etc. 

 

I would suggest you try using an alternative browser. Some browsers can place blocks which can cause issues when using some websites.
