Hi, I run a competition site and discussed about onboarding Paypal onto our site. We have seen many other sites onboard with paypal. Does anyone have an information to help as we want to follow process and protocol. I have been informed by a member of PayPal to contact PayPal AUP...well after recent messages and one email sent 4 years ago...it appears no one works there. Anyone know how or where we can apply?
