Not getting SMS message to login - UAE

Hello, this is my second paypal account. My primary PayPal account has 2fa authentication setup and I'm not getting the SMS since yesterday. It was working fine before. I restarted my phone, reset network settings, put the SIM card in another phone, and called my service provider who said there was no issue since I was getting other SMS messages, just no code with PayPal. Country is United Arab Emirates.

Thanks for the reply, but PayPal UAE does not have a phone number and I cannot make calls to UK (as given in the link you shared)

Same here.
My problem starts from my account cannot receive USD fund as usual, the fund will be converted automatically to my local currency even if I already set USD as primary currency and removed my local currency. For this issue, I was logging in and out between two accounts to check what is the problem. And the nightmare begins.
For the account that couldn't receive USD fund (let's call it account 2), when I tried to log in again, the 6 digit verification code seems missing, I clicked the "re-send code" every few minutes, no luck. Closed the page and tried again, it just became worse, sometimes I received the 6 digit code via SMS and sometimes Whatsapp, but most of the up, it didn't show up. When I am lucky enough to get the code, I am now into a nightmare loop (i understand there is this security concern).
Ask to Reset password -> log in -> code received or not received -> if received, I landed to a page with the message that saying they couldn't verify that is me that using the account, and suggested me to look for help.
Before looking for help, I tried a few times with the ongoing loop, and finally I got into my account, and I was trying to change the 2-step verification from SMS to Authenticator app, I am back into the loop again and seeing the same message.
Go to Message Us, it is an autoreply bot, my problem remains unsolved.
Go to Customer Service, call the number, recorder with preset answer, not helping anything.
Got to Ask the community, need to log in but I am stuck in log in again, with or without the code. And when finally logged in, my question never posted.
Is there any thing I can do to solve my account that couldn't receive USD fund as usual? Or where should I seek for advice?

Hi!
Have the same issue. I can't create UAE account, because I just don't receive any sms with short codes. I have DU operator. I've contacted them, they assured me that there is no any problems on their side. My colleagues receive sms from PayPal, but they have different carrier 'etisalat'.
I tried to contact UAE PayPal support team, but I can't, because I can't login.
Is there any solutuon?
