Owner percentage

How does one add the owner percentage to one's account? I've tried adding 100%, it doesn't like it. I tried taking away the % sign, same problem. I've also tried altering the percentage, no joy. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry you're unable to update the beneficial owner percentage on your account. From what you've mentioned, it sounds like you're doing everything correctly. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies or trying a different web browser to see if you can update it there. If it's still not letting you, please reach out to Customer Support through one of these options. 

I hope you can update the beneficial owner percentage soon!
