Which bank of Georgia has ability to withdraw funds from paypal to card?

I have a business in Georgia.
I opened a bank account (Bank of Geogria) and as I understood it is not suitable for withdrawing funds.
Tell me please, do you know which bank in Georgia can issue a card to which you can withdraw money from paypal?

You can't withdraw to a local bank account in your country.
You can only withdraw to a linked card.

The only exception is U.S expats can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts (paypal is a U.S company so they allow their citizens to do this).

It seems that visa business card is not suitable, need visa electron

I have two Visa Cards issued from the Bank of Georgia.  The fist card is a personal Visa Electron debit card. The second card is a Visa Business Paywave debit card. I can successfully link both cards to my PayPal Business account.  However, PayPal will only allow me to "Transfer Money" to the first Visa Electronic debit card.  Why doesn't the Visa Business PayWave debit card word?   This is a serious issue as I do not want to transfer funds to my personal account from my business account.

I have a Visa classic and it really  works.. LIBERTY BANK in Georgia has this card.

I have the same issue with bank of Georgia visa business account it works only with personal visa account .
I know t works with TBC visa business card .
I need to use Business card as it is business account but can't use TBC bank , do you know with other bank that works Visa business card ?

Hi.

Visa business in any bank "Bank of Georgia" or "TBC" does not work with PayPal.

You must have a "Visa classic" or another visa card.

Unfortunately, it seems that any Visa business card does not work with PayPal in Georgia.

with TBC bank visa business card works fine , I had visa business card and it works perfectly. just TBC bank closed by business account now I need to change bank . I tried with bank of Georgia but I see it is not working

The agreement between TBC Bank and PayPal has ended in March but why you had to close the business account ? Old business card of this bank was still not working with PayPal ?

my business card with TBC was like one years old card it was working perfectly.
TBC bank closed our account as they did't want to work with us.
