link problem

I want add my card on my PayPal account but I can't  add it  . problem was  I use it another PayPal earlier but I cancel it already .I want to add card on my new PayPal accont  .I already contacted bank and they said they can't do anything about this problem and contact PayPal.please help

Hi @Nimezh,

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to add a card because it's in use on another account. Please contact PayPal customer service by phone to safely discuss the card number and allow a representative to look into how it has been used and determine if it can be freed up for use. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then Call as a guest to get the number.
