You can use the friends/family option on a personal or business account.
You just click on send money > put in email address and select the friends/family option.
But you are not allowed to use it for selling, if you sell on a personal or business account then you pay a fee and have seller protection.
Also the friends /family option is not available in every country.
You can also use a paypal.me link with a personal account as f/f but if selling again the buyer would have to tick goods/services before they sent the funds.
Advice is voluntary.
