Hello @KevinEBRGM

Thank you for reaching out to the PayPal Merchant Community.

It is important to note that the EWP settings are specifically designed for Website Payment's Standard unhosted payment buttons. If you are using a shopping cart provider like whmcs, this setting should never be enabled. Enabling it could cause compatibility issues and disrupt the functionality of your shopping cart.

To remove the EWP settings from your PayPal account, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.

2. Go to your Account Settings (click your name at the top right corner)

3. Click "Account Settings"

4. Click "Website payments"

5. Click on "Update" next to "Website preferences."

6. Scroll down to Encrypted website payments

7. Click Off under "Block non-encrypted website payment"

These settings will auto save, and you will be able to receive payments as soon as the setting is disabled.

Thank you,

Jennifer
