Hi , I did a transaction from my paypal account to buy some car parts from a company in US and the money was deducted from my bank account and it's on bending in PayPal account, i want to cancel the payment ASP because the company send me email that they don't have the items that i was requested.
Click on the transaction, if it says that it is a temporary authorization, then it will expire on it’s own in 30 days or less. PayPal cannot manually cancel authorizations or orders unless the transaction has been pending for over 30 days. Only the seller can manually void the authorization/order sooner for you.
If you see the “pending” transaction changing to “completed”, then you may dispute it.
