Problem with payments from Odoo

Hi: I have a Odoo online shop (v14) with the Paypal payment module. I’ve enabled the “Paypal account optional” in order to enable customers to pay without an account (no login needed), for example for credit card payments. Problem: this option has no effect, Paypal always ask for login to the customer. Can you help please? Regards

We have the same issue. In Website preferences the "Paypal account optional" is enabled, which suppose to allow clients to pay using their credit cards WITHOUT having a paypay account nor having to register for a new paypal account. 

after clicking the paypal payment option in odoo and pay button, the following window appears. 

then when you click create an account, the following page appears
