China has "friends and family" payment option? 

I cant find this option

Your country (Israel) surprisingly does not have the friends and family option. Can only send money for goods and services.

No, it does not. And Paypal UK keeps telling me to transfer money from China with the Family&Friends option. Paypal does not know how Paypal works 🙂  paypal.

Xoom does not work for China either. When setting up the profile , China is not among list of countries to add my address and link my chinese bank card.
