Delta airlines refund

Hello, 5habk you all who take thr time to review my unique and seemingly straightforward issue. I will keep this as curt and concise at possible... January 7th ticket purchased online from delta airlines. January 7th Delta airlines agreed ans initiated full refund for the ticket. January 7th paypal balance reduced by the ticket price, posting an Authorization for the ticket amount. January 8th I contacted delta verifying the refund had been processed (approved?) l, requested information regarding the time line for the refund to post. DELTA STATES PAYPAL AS THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR CAN REMOVR/REVERSE /VOID THE STILL PENDING Pre authorization.... ADDITIONALLY DELTA STATED THAT A PRE authorization will automatically vanish after three to seven days. Aftrr waiting the seven business days, I contacted PAY Pal... Who of course states Delta Must process the refund in order t9 remove the pre authorization still pending. So around and around I go... Contacting both companies whom each state the other is responsible..... You can not dispute Pre authorizations via resolution center. I have called PayPal seven or eight times, and nobody has taken any action in order to remedy this situation. Any information or suggestions would be greatly helpful anf appreciated. Thank yoj

Have you received your refund?  I have been fighting this issue between delta and paypal for 11 months in order to get my full refund for a flight purchased on January 30, 2020.
