I purchased item off eBay on 15th November the payment got sent as echeque I contacted seller to say that it won’t be cleared until 22nd November which was fine.it is now 27th November and the echeque is still at pending?the seller has requested to pay now using the faster payments.i have asked the seller to cancel the echeque but the seller doesn’t know how ?i rang PayPal to see if I cancel the echeque but they said I can’t do this unless I cancel it with my bank?i have no idea why this purchase has gone through as a echeque as i had purchased a few items before this item and after and all have gone through as faster payment?anyhow if I pay seller by faster payments and this echeque goes through through to the seller I would have ultimately paid it twice even though it is past its due completion date of 22nd nov, am I able to get a refund if this happens?any advise please
