I cant payment on sephora.com

Please check for me, why i cant payment when I checkout on Sephora.com, I get error:"Sorry, PayPal declined your transaction. Please contact PayPal to resolve the issue or select a different payment method."

Please let me know what happen? Do i can to checkout successfull.

As Sephora is French then I guess you are in France or not?

As they accept Paypal but you are refused then it could be a problem with your funding source.
