I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues entering in that postcode. It sounds like this error may be occurring on the merchant's side. I'd recommend reaching out to their site support to see what they recommend. If you think this may be on the PayPal side of the transaction, please reach out to our Customer Support for further assistance there. Normally, entering in the postcode for shipping information is while you are still on the merchant's side of the transaction though.
