I have just opened paypal account, personal account for receiving payment from Banggood, This is for refund of a faulty Item.
But Banggood says that they can not pay in this account due to some account related problem. I have tried to demand money but received same error message.
They shouldn't have to 'send' you a payment to receive, if they click on your transaction and then on the refund option it will automatically go back to the funding source you used to pay them in the first place.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
