Hi @raucous,

Welcome to the PayPal Community and thank you for your post!

I do understand your concern with this. A monthly payment will be due as described in the Minimum Payment Calculation section. This can be viewed in your PayPal Credit account.

Ok so in the little window that says PayPal Credit, it used to show the minimum payment due but NOT the minimum to AVOID deferred INTEREST. I thought I finally found that we have to click "make a payment" to get there, without knowing how much we have to pay. But I didn't realize we can click "Pay Pal Credit" or the three little dots to get there; I thought I was already there. So in that sense you have helped me answer the question. Now I have a different question. I was able to pay off 2 of 3 accounts that needed to be paid to avoid interest. There is one left which I couldn't pay, but the lady on the phone says I still have 30 days? But that account is no longer listed in my PayPal credit list of deferred interest accounts.

Hi @raucous,

Thank you for your post! For more information about PayPal Credit and how to accomplish what you'd like to determine, please check this FAQ. If the answer isn't there, the contact information for the PayPal Credit team is available at the bottom of that page. The representatives found there will be much better equipped to assist with your question.

I hope this is able to be solved quickly!

Olivia

Thank you for your non-answer LOL. I haven't followed your link yet because faqs in general are almost always incomplete, generic and miss the point, but i will look. But for anyone who sees this thread, from the PayPal help chat I learned two things: 1. If we don't pay by the deadline to avoid deferred interest, we still have 30 days. I have been told this twice, once on the phone, and verified in chat once I pushed on it, so it better be true. 2. Once the pay by date to avoid deferred interest is past, that account is no longer listed in that section but is assimilated/lumped into the general credit account. So we have to write it down/track it ourselves to remember it. This is also true for all of the "pay by date to avoid deferred interest" accounts as PayPal does not prorate or include them in minimum payments due until the cycle before they're due, which means they suddenly appear and if we haven't tracked them we might get a shock! It feels totally lame that PP doesn't prorate and track these for us, but the overall applying of payments seems to be ok. Thank you for your help!
