I bought a Paypal prepaid card. I go to activate it and it does not activate. I saw on another post that I have to go to another website to actually activate. If that is so, why does the packaging tell me to go to paypal.com/prepaid and not this other site? The only reason I bought this card was that it said paypal. I feel like the truth should have been put on the packaging. I feel very scammed right now.

Hello @myrtheus,
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear there's some confusion regarding a PayPal Prepaid card. It is correct that you should activate the PayPal Prepaid card on paypal.com/prepaid. If you run into any concerns with that activation, I would recommend reaching out to their Customer Support teams for assistance. However, please be careful as there are a lot of potential scams regarding prepaid cards. Here are two great Help Center article you may find useful:
What are common scams and how do I spot them?
How do I spot and report a fake, fraudulent, or phishing PayPal email or website?
Good luck!
