Accept payment via one-time virtual card?

An organization wants to pay me an honorarium.  They say:

"The way the Virtual Card/Payment Plus option works is that you would receive an email with a link to a secure portal that contains a unique Visa credit card number, the amount to charge, and other details of the transaction needed to process the payment."

Is there a way I can do this through PayPal?

I do understand that you want to know about a one time payment option, through a virtual card from PayPal. Requesting you to kindly reach out to our customer support team to know about the suitable services from PayPal for your transactions in detail. You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account.
