Issue Creating a PayPal Debit Card - Getting 404 Error After Login

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to sign up for a PayPal debit card, but I keep running into an issue. After logging in, I get a 404 error and can't proceed further.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Is there a workaround or an alternate way to apply for the debit card?

Please try the troubleshooting steps such as clearing the cache and cookies or by using a different browser or device and try again at later time. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support during business hours by clicking contact at the bottom of the PayPal homepage or by referring the link www.paypal.com/cshelp/HELP378  to get further help.

I don’t think this is a technical issue since my friend is also experiencing the same error message.

Could it be that I’m unable to create the card because I’m located in Israel? If that’s the case, what could be the reason, and is there a way to work around this?
