Partial payment and tip option on invoices is missing?

I semi frequently send invoices to my customers. However, I have just only recently noticed that the 'partial payment' and 'tip' toggles are now gone and no where to be seen. Can I be directed to any information concerning this? It seems like it was just done completely in silence.

I've been having this trouble with the new invoice layout too, but I just found them!

If you click "Add payment terms" under Total, there are options for "allow partial payments" and "allow tip".

There is no "add payment terms".  Doesn't exist.  They removed the tip and partial payments features completely.

Welcome to PayPal Community Forum and thank you for posting!

I understand your concern about the invoice. There's a blue "Add payment terms" under the Total section on the left side of the screen. It doesn't appear until you've added items. There's also a section in the same area that says "Add other charges" where they can add discounts, shipping, and any other additional amounts. If you still do not find it, please reach out to PayPal Customer Support Team through the available contact options on our website.

Haha this took me a while to find again even after reading my own reply. The mod's answer was way more descriptive but it still took me a minute, so I figured I'd add a screenshot in case anyone else is visually-minded like me!

I was having trouble finding the option to allow tip and partial payment, as well as how to change the due date, so I highlighted all of them : )
