Pay in 4 Not showing up anymore

Hello, I have some question about ay in 4 feature, I was approved for the feature but now on websites where it was shown, I no longer see the options why could this be?

It's now the end of 2022 and this problem is still not resolved. I just tried to use it on a website that used to offer it and nothing. PayPal really just don't care that they're losing business I guess. This was a great tool for those of us who have less money

I noticed the same thing. Weird it happened to me as I always paid on time and all of them are paid off. After today I will no longer use PayPal to pay for stuff.

The pay in 3 option has stopped Appearing as an option for me on merchants I have used multiple times. This has happened out of nowhere as I was out to use this option. I always keep up with my payments and am very worried as I need this option.

I am sorry to know that you're not getting an option of Pay in 3. Pay in 3 may not be available for certain merchants. We may also decide not to offer PayPal Pay in 3 as an option based on our internal checks. Here's the link to know more information. I've been using pay-in-3 for a couple of years or so an not had any issues. Since adding the new bank card this time I no longer have access to pay-in-3. The merchants I'm trying to use the pay-in-3 with are ones I've used previously an ones I'm still paying or have just finished paying. I'm not late with payments an I've not missed any payments. I purchase from them every couple of months or so. As of today my pay-in-3 has vanished!! Its not even an option for me anymore an I don't know why? Thank you in advance for your help

Same for me. Spent thousands on pay in 3 last year and this year. Paid on time. Changed my bank card in July due to fraud so updated it on PayPal app. No longer offered as a option at all at checkout just pay now or PayPal credit, no pay in 3 option for 2 month now since I updated my card. Contact message centre 4 times about this issue and they tell me same generic response, that it will be available soon hopefully and to make sure my account is verified, which it is. Basically they don’t have a clue. Same vendors I used it on before also and nothing has changed at all apart from my card.

Hi, my PayPal pay in 3 isn’t working anymore? I’ve never missed a payment and am wondering why it has been deactivated and if so if it can be deactivated please. Thanks so much
