Just changed to a new Google phone and it runs on Android 13, can't login to PayPal on the app and keeps returning to login screen with session timeout error, uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted cache and storage still does it. Any ideas please it's frustrating.
Similar issue here, I bought a new Samsung S23 phone (SM-S911B) mounting Android 13 and One UI 5.1, and I keep getting an immediate session expired error on login. I've checked that the login credentials are correct, and the 2FA method works correctly as I can login from desktop without a problem.
I had the same issue, I was able to resolve it by going into Settings -> Storage -> Apps, finding PayPal and tapping "Clear Storage". After that I was able to log in just fine. Also make sure you have disabled any VPN or Host File based adblockers like AdAway. That has prevented me from logging in in the past.
