Good day, I just wanted to ask if hiw can I still be qualified to get the free 5$ reward. I am qualified last October and November. But since December I didn't receive any email that I am qualified for the said reward. I hope you can help me with matter. Thank you!

I am also getting these emails.  When I click the link it says I am not eligible or sometimes I get a "page not found".  I'm now also receiving another email that says "Your PayPal is ready and waiting" and looks like some introductory email.  Links on this email also lead to "page not found".  The emails appear to all be legit PayPal emails and the links are going to the PayPal domain. 

I have all my email notifications turned off in the settings.  In over 10 years I have never had this problem with PayPal before.  I don't want to block these emails because then it would also block emails from PayPal that are actually important (like transactions).  What is going on here?  How can I stop these emails????

BTW:  I did contact customer service and that has been useless so I'm giving this a shot.
