Never received my $25 for buying at least $25 in crypto currency.

As the title says, I saw a promotion from PayPal stating if I bought at least $25 in crypto currency they would give me $25. Well I bought $50 in LiteCoin and low and behold PayPal never gave me my $25. I’ve checked my email and I’ve received nothing at all from PayPal acknowledging their promotion or my $25. I can’t get ahold of anyone who can help me now and I’m more than a little irritated. #promotion,

So I just did the same promotion.
I got an email saying this.

So upon checkout with paypal the $25 voucher will automatically be applied

When you buy something and use PayPal for payment, you'll have $25 credit. They don't actually give it to you as cash or crypto, unfortunately.

How do you receive the $25 credit then.  It says look under OFFERS but I don't even see that as an option.  Of course there's no way to get in touch with Paypal unless it's concerning a seller dispute.
