My developer page is missing after I deleted some APIs

I'm not a developer and was trying to fix my PayPal Commerce app through WPForms which wasn't connecting. Now, after deleting a bunch of APIs that were not working, my developer page is missing here: https://developer.paypal.com/developer/applications/. How can I get my Developer page back? It says 

502 Bad Gateway
