Hello I'm looking for some advice. I bought 2 x Frozen dolls from a seller on Facebook. I have received the items and they have holes and loose stitching. I have contacted the seller and requested a refund. They have said this must have happened in transit and it wasn't their fault and won't refund util the supplier has refunded them?! I am sending the dolls back recorded delivery (more expense to me) they offered replacement dolls but I rejected them as they took over a month to receive them. I personally think they should refund me asap as I haven't received the items I have paid for but they are refusing to refund until the supplier from Ebay refunds them. Should I put in a dispute? I'm not really sure where I stand on this Thanks

Yes, if it was not an ebay transaction then file for item received but not as described via the resolve a problem option left bottom of your paypal summary screen.
Put in what has happened and give the seller a few days to sort things > if she offers a refund on return of item then wait a while BUT DO NOT CLOSE THE DISPUTE. If she doesn't refund then escalate the dispute to a claim.
Remember to provide paypal with the tracking number to show delivery of the item back to the seller.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. How do I supply the tracking number to PayPal? When I looked at the dispute part, there is only room to add a note to the seller? Sorry never had to dispute anything before.
