If My Total Payment receive in ONE Year are $ 1500 - $ 2000. Do i get IRS 1099-K ?

It is not total income Per Month. But Total income Per Year. (Example this year my Total income are $ 1500)

Since i read if my Total Gross Income are more than $ 600 in One Calendar Year, i might need to pay IRS Tax for 2023 ? 

Does it mean more than $ 600 per Month ? Or More than $ 600 per Year ? 

My english not good, sorry.. please help explaining
