Hello,

Here is some information on why you may have received the 10548 error on live:

https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/why-did-i-get-api-error-code-10548-ts1147

This can happen for a number of reasons.

If you do not have a customer service phone number on your PayPal Account, have not been approved and setup for PayPal Payment's Pro, or have integrated with the incorrect credentials.

Hello,

Here are the steps to ensure your sandbox account is upgraded to Pro:

  • Log into the dashboard at https://developer.paypal.com
  • Click on Accounts under Sandbox
  • Click on the three dots under Manage Accounts next to the Sandbox Account that needs to be set to Pro
  • Click View/Edit Account
  • Under Account Type: Business click Upgrade to Pro
  • Click Enable
