Sandbox Error 500

Hello,

 

I am testing the integrating for a webshop with sandbox.paypal,com but I always a "500 internal Server Error".

Attached screenshots of the request.  What is the reason for this problem?

Great place to be - recommended Paypal to the client because it's so reliable. Now having try to explain why we can't go live yet. And Paypal say .... nothing.

I'm also having issues. I'm having my work stucked with this...

Can anyone from Paypal even explain what's happening?

To Paypal Sandbox team: 

 

    We are having the same issue, best wishes and hope the server got fix soon. 🙂

    Here is a suggestion:

       I can hardly imagine a big company like Paypal does not have a back up server. When any issue occur, switch to the backup server.

       Unless, the backup server is also down?

Resolved: This issue has been resolved as of Jun 22, 2017 12:55 AM CEST.

Since the issue is still active I recommend we all open bugs with reference to PP-CRI-7940

at https://www.paypal-techsupport.com/app/ask

 

in order to increase visibility, which is clearly lacking.
