I've never signed up for prime because my partner is the one who pays for it on his account. Amazon prime keeps attempting to charge me but only whenever my account is empty for some reason. It's been a few months since their last attempt. On my Amazon account it says I am not signed up with prime and I called Amazon support and they said they aren't trying to charge me. But it is actually Amazon prime charging me. So what do I do?
