I filed a claim when I purchased something I thought was coming from Kay Jewelers and in fact it was cheap jewelry from China. I was awarded a refund but still have not received it.. I had to return the merchandise which I did and I have tried many times to get a hold of the dispute center/ PayPal …. I just want my $90 back!

Did you returned item with tracking and does tracking shows return was delivered? Tracking not showing “delivered” status could be why a refund hasn’t been issued yet.
