Fraud on paypal

Today I got a transaction request from "Apple store" with a note  (image attached):

Don't call this number, it sounds like PayPal, they ask me to download AnyDesk and log in to my bank/crypto accounts. I hope I got it on time we had an active session for 10-15 minutes.

Hello @niral

Thanks for joining the PayPal Community!

I'm sorry to hear about the email you received that prompted you to call someone that wasn't PayPal. I know how scary that can be. If you have not already, you'll want to remove the application the fraudulent company had you install immediately. Then, run a virus and malware scan on your device. Please also change your bank and crypto account password as soon as possible.

You'll also need to change your password on any websites that use the same password as any of those, as once fraudulent companies figure out a password to one of your accounts, they tend to try it in other places. I do not recommend using the same password with any of your financial accounts. Here's how to change your password on PayPal: How do I change my password and security questions? This link will take you to our Help Center. I also suggest setting up 2-Step Verification if you haven't already.

Once you've secured your accounts again, please forward the email you received to phishing@paypal.com. You can learn more about how to spot and report a fake PayPal email on our Help Center as well. If you notice any unauthorized charges on your PayPal account, you can file a dispute in your Resolution Center

I hope this information helps you secure your accounts and devices again. If you need additional help, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of our website.

The thing is it wasn’t email, it was a note inside a transaction in PayPal. PayPal should filter this kind of notes in transaction. When I saw the note I was sure it came from PayPal, than I called to the number in the note and it sounds exactly like PayPal. I’m disappointed from my self that I fall in this fraud.
