I became a victim of fraudsters. He already returned all the money, but continues to open cases and my account is already minus 200 dollars! I don't understand how this happens, because I didn't even have these transactions with him, for these amounts. My account was immediately blocked after transactions with him and so I could not withdraw funds. Where is he getting new and new amounts and transactions to open cases from? How to stop it? Please help!!! If he keeps opening them and the minus will continue to grow. What should I do? I already wrote in the "additional information" to each case that I didn't have these transactions and that all the money has already been returned to the scammer. That my account is permanently blocked and I can't use it. What should I do? This is scary!

When you returned the funds did you issue 'refunds' and use the refund option or did you just use the 'send money' option?

Only if you didn't use the refund option then paypal won't link the transactions and the buyer can still open disputes.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

I didn't click "refund" or "send money". Paypal reviewed the cases and closed them in favor of the scammer and the money was returned to him. I did not refund. I can log into my paypal account, but I received a notification that my account is permanently blocked and I can no longer use it. I've already lost all the money I had in my account and I didn't withdraw it to my card. Everything he sent me, he returned and those minus $200 dollars will give me a heart attack. If he continues to open cases indefinitely and the minus will grow, it will be just a disaster. I can't even imagine what will happen to me.

If he is winning disputes then not a lot you can do about it to be honest.

If he files non receipt of item you need a tracking number to win, if he files not as described then he would need to provide evidence that is the case.

Or if he did unauthorised transactions then you need to be protected by seller protection so read up on it to see where you have lost out.

Okay, I realized that there was nothing I could do about it and that I was stupid enough to get into this situation. But what should I do with this negative balance on my account? Is there anything I can do to avoid this loss? What happens in case I don't top up and this minus remains? I do not want any problems. My account is permanently blocked and I can't use it.

Paypal ''may'' contact you to resolve the negative balance at some point.
