On 01/31/2020 I purchased a blouse and a dress from this company. I have yet to receive a shipping statement or any message at all from them. I paid through PayPal. Am I just out that money? This is ridiculous.

Chinese Web Sites or on Facebook easy to spot so buyer beware.
1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.
How do I open a dispute with a seller when a purchase goes wrong?
You can open a dispute in the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account within 180 days of payment if:
•You don’t receive the item
•You receive an item but it’s significantly different than the description on eBay or on the seller’s website
By opening a dispute, you can communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.
If you reach an agreement with the seller you can close the dispute. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute into a claim. We'll review the claim and decide on reimbursement.
These steps apply to Personal accounts. If you have a Business account, please log in to see the steps that apply to you.
To open a dispute:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click on the transaction and use the resolve a problem option at the bottom of that details page.
Note:
•Generally buyers must wait at least 7 days from the date of payment to escalate a dispute for an item not received
•Where an item has not been received, please ensure you have given the seller enough time before opening a dispute

DO NOT CLOSE THE DISPUTE UNTIL YOU HAVE A CLEARED REFUND OR YOUR ITEM WHATEVER THE SELLER SAYS. ALSO DON'T FORGET TO ESCALATE THE DISPUTE TO A CLAIM WITHIN 20 DAYS IF THE SELLER DOES NOT REFUND.
If that does not work then if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will do a chargeback for you.
Advice is voluntary.

I too submitted an order for clothing on 2/5/20 No contact from seller. No tracking or shipping info. I feel I an out $$$

I purchased 4 dusk mask neck warmer and 1 yoga sweat head band on April 13, 2020. I have not received any shipping details or confirmation except from paypal.

I got caught out with this company. The parcel took 3 months to arrive and the items were poorly made. through PayPal, I came to a resolution but had to return the goods which cost AUD$43. Once I was able to show PayPal that I had posted the goods back I was refunded the full amount. then guess what, the goods were returned to me - address unknown even though I carefully followed their instructions. I still haven't opened that return parcel!

I ordered $65.00 worth of swim suits from LT Fashion Ltd. during February 2020. I did receive an invoice for the order. However, later, there was no follow up or notification of delivery. I emailed them and received a "please be patient" that delivery will be late due to Covid. I totally understood that, and waited. I felt like I should be patient due to the circumstances. About 6 months later, there had been no communication. I emailed again, and again, and again with no response. In February 2021 I emailed again and no response. So, I decided to go to Paypal for complaints. They said that it has been one year, so no complaints will be taken. I am out the money. I have continued to email, but I think the email has been closed. I am out all items and out the money as well. Do you think I am going to purchase anything from Chine again? Ha!
