I'm having some trouble with a purchase I completed on the 15th September and I have received no notification from the seller as to the item has been processed or sent or that the transaction has been finalised. I've sent three enquiries in the space of two hours and they keep asking me for the numbers of my PayPal account which sounds a bit suspicious. I know the payment has not been released through Paypal. Is it usual for a seller to ask this info?

What do you mean that ''you know the payment has not been released''?

Does it show as pending or on hold in your paypal account or completed?
