Received an order needs confirmation email which i have not ordered at all

Hi Team,

I recently received an email from a Gmail with the subject "Order needs confirmation Concerning your payment <some number> and attached an invoice. It states that the amount will be deducted from your PayPal account. I don't even know this person and i never ordered anything like this,

Also, it has Paypal Logo as well in the invoice with some toll-free numbers mentioned as [removed]. The attached invoice says, Payment mode Online. Not sure of this at all
