Scam? McAfee potential charge A$419 1 year subscription Help Please

I am In Australia and just received a second email claiming to come from McAfee. 

See below.  Is this a scam?  I have never had an account with McAfee so have no idea how they got my email address or any other details.

Help 😌 I definitely do not want the fee charged to my PayPal account. Reluctant to phone them as this will give them further access to my details etc

Since it’s only an email and no charge appearing in your PayPal account, forward the email to phishing@paypal.com and delete it. 

I would also clear browser cookies and cache, too.

Very smart you did not call the number because that reaches the scammer so they can talk you out of more money and your details.
