Airbnb refund not processed by Paypal

I made a booking on Airbnb - through Paypal - but when the transaction showed on my bank account I suspected fraud. The payee name reported by my bank was not Airbnb. I raised a dispute on Paypal but they determined that it was not fraudulent and closed the case. I was left with no option but. to cancel the booking, and Airbnb immediately emailed to say they had initiated a full refund. Paypal has not processed this and I'm unable to raise a new dispute. I tried 3 times today to start a further dispute on this payment but Paypal closes the page without submitting the message. The automated phone system does not put me through either. I cannot communicate my problem. How do I get my refund?

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).

You can't open a second dispute for the same transaction, its x1 dispute/claim per transaction.

If Airbnb refunded the payment then they must have been the ones to receive it in the first place so it wasn't fraudulent?

Thanks. Getting a form with dispute sent turned out to be a Safari issue. So now have raised second dispute  to Paypal via Firefox.

It may well be auto-closed as you can only open x1 dispute per transaction.

If it is then feel free to read up on more advice on what you can do to appeal.
