Cancel fashionask!

I have been charged 34.99 and would like to cancel whatever u think I agreed to . So if u would please send my money back to my account now! Ty

If you want to cancel an order then contact the merchant you purchased from.

Paypal only covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described UNLESS you were hacked and the transaction made without your consent.

If that was the case click on the transaction and using the report a problem link report it as such and paypal will investigate.

I got charged $49.99 and it was not authorized. I will try and find company. Is there any information you can give me?

Check if you had a subscription set up?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

I cannot find contact information.  I just went on Paypal and Cancelled supposed subscription.  I'm out $49.99.

@Elmslady, I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to find any contact information for that specific merchant. Like kernowlass stated, if your account was compromised and this transaction was made without your knowledge, you may want to try opening a case for an Unauthorized Transaction in our Resolution Center. Otherwise, you may want to reach out to our Customer Support to see if they can help you find that merchant's customer service information.

I was charged for a renewing subscription that I have no idea about!! Mobapps Fashionask. WTH?!!!

I also just received this charge and have no idea what it is! I've never heard if FashionAsk, they charged $44.99 via PayPal and I had to cancel one card and they submitted another charge. How the hell do I resolve this??
