At 3:08pm I received an email from Paypal noting 4 transactions had just been processed. I logged in to my account and discovered that they were to an email address I've never seen before (@bytedance.com - "TikTok Inc") and the currency was in Brazilian Real (something I've never used before, and from a country I've never bought anything from).
I raised a dispute on these transactions at 6:14pm but the dispute was swiftly closed with "Based on our review, we found this transaction is consistent with your PayPal payment history. As a result, we've closed this case."
How is it consistent with my history if I've never had anything to do with the company, email, or currency? I use PayPal infrequently, and have only used it to buy something once this year.

consistent with your PayPal payment history.
Found 5 fraudulent Transactions for a total of $4300 that were sent to a person's email in Foreign Currency.
Get this, Two of the Fraudulent Transactions were Refunded because Paypal said they Spoke to him and he was sorry for what he did.
The other 3 Transactions were also sent to a different Person's email in Euros but they found nothing wrong with those claiming that I bought BitCoin using my IP address.
Can you imagine randomly buying Bitcoin from Tom , and harry, lol
I asked, I appealed , begged , who did I send the money to, what company, are they legit users with a good history, how do I go about getting my Bitcoin , this was a joke
The Fact of the Matter is if someone hacked your email or computer and used your IP address, Paypal will offer no help.
So when you get the CASE CLOSED letter, you will know why.
Let me tell you how the Scammer Got Me. : First, they hacked my Gmail using the Filter to hide any paypal emails by sending them to the TRASH.
Second, they went even further they changed all the Fraudulent transactions on Paypal to Archive. Genuis they are so good at these scams, its down to a science.
I have abundant hate, rage, and anger for Paypal not because they did not support me but because Resolution Center is a Giant Scam in itself and your treated like garbage , and in the end you feel violated not only by the Scammer but also by Paypal if not worse.
I never got any updates on what they were doing or what transaction they were looking at or who these people were .
So the Bottom line is, there is no help if someone managed to get on your computer and use your IP address, maybe they even found a way to just hack the computer from afar and using some kind of VPN create your IP.
I hope this helps somebody and if you like me and you feel the Rage and Anger and you curse and manifest that they all get Cancer, its not warranted but I feel you bro.
