Has anyone seen the Facebook posts of the cute little alphabet piggy banks? Well I did, and got scammed, to the tune of nearly $400. I am trying to resolve through PayPal but they are having me email the company, which keeps giving me the same canned reponses for the past month. The company also goes by Glow Bear, and apparently I am not the only one to fall for this scam. What I don't understand is why does PayPal keep allowing payments to go through to this company and why do they not offer help. They want me to work with the company but the company is a scam, down to their tracking tool, which says my items are came from Switzerland and are stuck in St. Louise since Dec. 15. These were meant to be Christmas Gifts so that's out the window. I realize I should have done some research on my own, I feel quite dumb, but what is the use of using PayPal if they don't offer protection. If I can't get help getting this resolved, I will no longer use this app. Much safer to use my Credit Card. Here are some of the email addresses associated with this phony sight. Please be careful!

Chinese Web Sites or on Social Media ads easy to spot (once you know the below signs) so buyer beware.
Paypal would not be able to check every individual seller / merchant / company in over 200 countries worldwide that adds paypal to their website to accept payments.
So they give some buyer and some seller protection. However that protection can never be a 100% coverall so you need to read it so you can risk assess your transactions.
They do stop bad companies from using Paypal when enough claims start rolling in.
However as they are in China (mostly) then its easy for them to just start over with a new name, so stopping them does not really do anything.
The best thing is to not buy from them in the first place, to recognise them -
1. No return address on the returns policy. The site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) but they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost often more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number. if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. Rarely company address information.
4. Great pictures of items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.
5. Fake reviews.
6. Google and you can often see previous company names as they change them once enough claims roll in and Paypal stop them using their services and start over.
7. Send fake tracking numbers to win item non receipt of item claims.
Have you opened a dispute for non receipt of item? If so then paypal tell you to work/communicate with the seller BUT if no joy then make sure you escalate the dispute to a claim before the 20 day marker is up and the dispute auto closes.
Then once a claim wait for paypals decision.
If for whatever reason you lose then if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I would not recommend using Justen Trading Co; limited. I also got scammed by Justen Trading Co when I tried to order a "Holy Night Nativity" set on Oct 30, 2022. As of today, Jan 5, 2023, the product has not arrive. Justen Trading Co; will respond via email with same response--"your product is on the way", but it never really is. I have requested customer service number from them numerous times as well as product refund but they will not reply to those request. They also charged 25% tax (~$16.50) on a $64 item. To their credit, when I notified them of this, they did admit to charging "excessive taxes" (their words) and did credit me the tax amount only. But they will not credit me for the product and shipping, which is now ten weeks due. I am working through PayPal resolution case for reimbursement. Do not order from Justen Trading Co; limited.

I feel your pain. I got scammed by Justen Trading ordering the Holy Night Nativity as well. Coincidentally, I ordered mine on October 19, 2022 thru PayPal. I ordered the LARGE scene for $59.99, which I thought was an outstanding deal.
It never arrived for Christmas last year and I emailed them over and over and over again, WITHOUT ANY REPLY!
I had given up when low and behold a box arrived. I was able to track the package (somewhat) where it shipped from China (who knew!?) on November 30, 2022. Then another message it shipped December 7, 2022. Alas, when tracking through USPS, it said it was always "in transit".
Oh yeah, the package. It was SMALL! The scene stands a whole 14" tall instead of the advertised 6' what I ordered.
So yes, with waiting, shipping $4.89, Tax $16.67 and a whole $1.80 for insurance, my total came to $83.55. I've never been reimbursed by them OR Paypal, since I did report this company to them.

I too am being scanned by Justin Trading Co. Limited. It was going on 3 months before I got my items. When I did my tracking it would just say it was at customs in different countries. Then after it said it was in the United States it was all over the country in different states. After I started writing them through Pay Pal they gave me the run-around. I finally got my items but they were broken. Now they want me to return the items ( to China and I pay for the shipping) I have to send the original packaging and the item has to be in good condition to get a refund. I finally filed with Pay-Pal on this issue.

I too have been scammed by JUSTEN Trading Ltd but for a different product~ I purchased using PayPal, a set of 120 special coloured pencils housed in a wooden box, through their Facebook ad.
The purchase was done on August 4th 2022 & I still haven’t received my product to this day.
PayPal asked me to email the company to resolve the issue which I did on two occasions.
Like many other people, I received a shipping number to follow up through China Post.
After several attempts I eventually saw a message saying my parcel was being returned to JUSTEN Trading Ltd for reposting. That was over 4 weeks of backward & forward contacts only to be told it was still in China. The post record showed my parcel had supposedly moved through several postal exchanges till it went to Beijing & then was meant to be returned to sender. When I sought shipping info from China Post’s website, it wouldn’t work. I contacted PayPal for them to assist me but again told to email the company. Unfortunately, during the end of the 20 day period I became very I’ll & missed being able to escalate my claim. So it was CLOSED.
