I think payment for items are originally gns (goods and services). And if you received a payment that is gns, you would see options for shipped details. If it's fnf, then no such. I hope it helps. [removed]

Can you share the website you purchased from. The reason being: I am trying to set up a FNF option from a website (group of griends sharing cost of a luncheon) but it is defaulting to GNS. I'd like to figure out how to change in to friends and family.
