How to report a paypal scammer and cancel the transaction as soon as possible?

Hello,

I recently sent a payment to a seller I found on Facebook. Later, I found out that this person is a scammer. How can I report that account and reverse my transaction? I can provide the Paypal account link of the scammer along with the transaction details.

As long as you had buyer protection then you can open a paypal dispute as per link.
