Hello @Haykm,
Welcome to PayPal Community Forum and thank you for posting!
I am sorry to know that the funds availability hold and limited account. I understand how important it is to have your account running smoothly. Account Limitations prevent you from completing certain actions with your account, such as withdrawing, sending, or receiving money. Usually, PayPal asks you to complete some steps to remove your account limitation. To simplify this we always list the steps to remove the limitation in the Resolution Center. Please go to the Resolution Center and follow the steps to resolve the limitations placed in your account. Here's how to remove the limitation from the account.
It seems like you have already contact our Customer Support team and since you mentioned that the funds should be credited as told by representatives, I would suggest you to wait till the end of the day as it may take some time to verify your payment. If you still do not find the funds credited to your account after given period of time and as the limitation was placed on the account after you contacted us, kindly check the Resolution Center and complete the request details and submit it. If you need any help, please contact the team again by clicking the "Contact us" option at the bottom of PayPal page. Support is also available through Facebook by sending PM, Twitter and Instagram on DM.
Regards,
Ayesha
