Please help. My bank accounts and PayPal were hacked in September, bank have put everything right, but PayPal are saying it’s my spendings. I’ve opened 4 cases and they’ve closed them saying “items delivered”. Yes items were delivered, but we live the other end of the country and it’s not delivered in my name, signatures with my surname. Now this debt is going up all the time cause they’re adding interest, but PayPal don’t believe me. Where do I go from here?, police say PayPal have to sort it,

The items were not delivered to you? I would just keep reopening cases and specifically ask to speak to higher management than the resolution chat people. Especially if the bank has corrected it and the police have been involved. Poor service on PayPal’s part.

No items have been received and PayPal have drawn the line on opening any more cases because they keep declining them !!’
